Ajanta Caves
There are approximately 29 Ajanta caves in Ajanta, buried deep within the Sahyadri hills. These caves date back to the period from 200 BC to 650 AD and hold the distinction of being one of the World Heritage Sites in India.

Ellora Caves
Ellora caves, approximately 34 in number, represent the three religions of Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. These caves were cut out of rock during the period of 350 AD to 700 AD.

Gateway Of India Mumbai Day 01 : Arrival at Mumbai
Upon arrival at Mumbai airport or Railway station our representative will receive you and transfer to hotel. Mumbai is the financial capital of India. It is also home to Bollywood, the Hindi film industry of India. Mumbai is a vibrant city that never seems to sleep. It is truly a dream city for people coming from small towns. Check in and relax for rest of the time and in the evening you can stroll around. Overnight will be at Mumbai.

Day 02 : Mumbai - Aurangabad
Breakfast will be served at hotel and thereafter you can either relax or visit the local market. Later you will transfer to airport to catch the flight to Aurangabad. Upon arrival at Aurangabad you will be helped to check in at hotel. Aurangabad is home to the world heritage sites of Ajanta and Ellora caves. In addition to the two famous caves, there is a third set of caves known by the name of Aurangabad caves. Overnight will be at Aurangabad.

Day 03 : Aurangabad
Breakfast will be served at the hotel. It is time now to proceed for a full day sightseeing tour to the Ajanta Caves. After exploring the beautiful Ajanta caves you will return back to Aurangabad for overnight stay.

Day 04 : Aurangabad
Breakfast will be served at the hotel and you will set out to explore the Ellora Caves, Daulatabad Fort and the Aurangabad Caves. The Daulatabad fort, belonging to the medieval period, is positioned on top of a hill. The caves of Aurangabad lie just outside the Aurangabad city. Excavated between the 2nd and 6th century AD, the Aurangabad caves reflect Tantric influences in architectural designs and arts. There are nine caves in all, which are mainly viharas (monasteries). Overnight stay will be at Aurangabad.

Day 05 : Aurangabad - Mumbai
You will have breakfast at hotel and later transfer to airport for flight to Mumbai. On reaching Mumbai you will check into the hotel and after some rest proceed for an excursion to the famous Elephanta caves. On your way back from Elephanta caves you will visit some important destinations in Mumbai. Overnight stay will be in Mumbai.

Day 06 : Mumbai - Onward Journey
Breakfast will be served at hotel and later you will be transferred to international airport for flight back home/onward destination.
