On arrival at Kochi, the tourists will be received by our representative, who will ensure that they are comfortably taken to the hotel. The tourists will check into the hotel and relax for a while. The first day plans for a half day sightseeing trip of Cochin by boat. Cochin has a number of picturesque places. To name a few, we have Santa Cruz Basilica, St. Francis Church, Bastion Bungalow Vasco Da Gama Square, VOC Gate, etc. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 02 : Kochi to Munnar
On the 2nd day of the Kerala India wildlife tour, the tourists will leave for Munnar, which is famous for its scenic beauty. The highlights of the place are its wonderful waterfalls and the high mountains. In the evening time, the visitors will be taken on the sightseeing tour of Munnar. The main tourist attraction spot in Munnar includes the Raja Malai, the top peak of Munnar.
Day 03 : Munnar - Anamudi - Munnar
After breakfast, the tourists will be taken on the sightseeing trip of Munnar. The main tourist attraction spots are Eravikulam National Park, Devikulam, Anamudi, Mattupetty, Pothamedu, Pallivasal, and Attukal. Rest part of the day will be spent at leisure. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 04 : Munnar - Periyar
On day 4 of the Kerala wildlife tour package, the tourists will leave for Periyar. While on their way, they will visit the Idukki dam. On reaching Periyar, the tourists will check into the hotel. Periyar wildlife sanctuary is the main attraction of the place. It is the natural habitat of wild elephant, deer, boar, and the great Indian tiger. In the evening, they will be taken on a boat cruise in the lake, where the sightseers will get the chance to take a quick look at the wild animals. Overnight stay will take place at the hotel.
Day 05 : Periyar
On the fifth day, the tourists will enjoy the boat ride in the Periyar Lake. They will also get the opportunity to glance at the rich wildlife of the place. In the afternoon, the visitors will be taken on a drive to see the spice plantations including cinnamon, pepper, coffee etc. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Periyar.
Day 06 : Periyar - Kumarakom
On the 6th day of the Kerala India wildlife tour, the tourists will proceed for their next destination, i.e. Kumarakom. It is a beautiful place, which is famous for its bird sanctuary. Another attraction for tourists is the Vembanand Lake. Overnight stay will take place at the houseboat.
Day 07 : House Boat Cruise
The seventh day plans for cruising through the backwaters of Kerala. Overnight stay will be at the houseboat.
Day 08 : Alleppey/ Alappuzha
Alleppey or Alappuzha is known for its boat races, coir products, houseboats, fish and lakes. Eighth day is basically for exploring the beautiful city of Alleppey. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Alappuzha.
Day 09 : Kochi
After breakfast, the tourists will leave from Alleppey for Kochi. The ninth day will be spent at leisure. The tourists can go for shopping. In the evening, the tourists will be shown the fabulous Kathakali dance performance. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Kochi.
Day 10 : Departure
The tourists will have their breakfast in the hotel. Thereafter, they’ll visit the Shiva Temple, which will put an end to this memorable trip. After that, they’ll proceed for their onward journeys.
